STATE OF THE ART VESTICAM GOGGLES
Vertigo / Dizziness
Vertigo is a sensation of whirling/spinning which can cause a loss of balance. Vertigo can be caused by a range of conditions.
Our physiotherapists use state of the art Vesticam goggles to diagnose and treat vertigo.
Once the reason for your vertigo has been determined, your physiotherapist will develop a treatment plan. This may include performing manoeuvres to reposition displaced bicarbonate crystals, vestibular rehabilitation, or treatment for balance and/or neck/postural disorders.
Women’s Health
A Women’s health physiotherapist provides assessment and treatment for conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence and post natal conditions.
A physiotherapist who specialises in women’s health has undergone postgraduate training.
At the first visit, your physiotherapist will complete an in-depth evaluation including a history related to your condition and questions about your fluid intake and voiding patterns. An external and/or internal assessment will be offered.
You will leave having a greater understanding of your condition and will receive a detailed treatment plan.

HEADACHES CAN BE CAUSED BY NECK MISALIGNMENT
Headaches
Headaches can be caused by a number of factors, including referral from the cervical spine known as cervicogenic headaches.
Your physiotherapist will perform a thorough assessment of your neck position, general posture and your joint alignment to determine whether your headaches are caused from your neck.
Cervicogenic headaches often improve with physiotherapy treatment.

This will include a combination of hands-on treatment and exercise programmes that improve range of motion and coordination and strength.
Our aim is to help you get back to optimum health after surgery.
